nii format

Hello,

I used DSI for non linear registration. It works very well.

However I got a problem to read output nii images.

To sum up:

I prepare [.nii images]  with Amira, run DSI with my laptop (Win11), and read the nii output following the diffeomorphism, diffeo[.nii images](Win11), back in Amira.

When using another computer (Linux workstation, LWS), I read the same [.nii images] and create an output diffeo[.nii images](LWS), but I cannot read the diffeo[.nii images](LWS), back in Amira with my laptop.

In fact no software (I tried several...) can read the diffeo[.nii images](LWS), except DSI in the Linux workstation. No error message in Amira, nothing happen. I got just one message with on software (see snapshot).

Any option to solve this issue?
