Default QA threshold not setting automatically if I change it once

Hi. If I'm not wrong, DSI Studio automatically sets a default QA threshold based on Otsu's method.

It happens that if I change the value and then reset parameters, when I open any .fib file, the value set on QA treshold gets stuck at 0, wich I think it's random. How can I make the program calculate this parameter automatically again? I even tried to open another copy of the program but the value stays stuck at 0 (random).

Many times It just starts automatically filling the textbox again with what probably is the Otsu's method based threshold. But I dont know what makes it work again. For example, I just tried again and it is working again. If it's not restarting the program, what could it be?

Hi Santiago,

    1. change the threshold to a non-zero value. 

    2. switch [Step T3c Options][Tracking Parameters][Tracking Index] from qa to nqa, and then back to qa.
