CLI Correlational Tractography report visualization problem

Hello,

I have been running correlational tractography in CLI with the command: 
dsi_studio --action=cnt --source=...dz" --demo=...csv" --index_name=dti_fa --no_tractogram=0 --variable_list=0 --voi=0 --roi=.. --permutation=3000 --output=...

However, the generated HTML report does not show the graphic (fiber tracts) that the HTML report displays when running correlational tractography through the GUI.

DSI Studio uses a screen capture function to produce the figure.
Likely it failed to work here.
I will check the function and get back to you.

Thank you for reporting this issue.
This bug is fixed in today's updated version. (The charts are still
not available, but can be generated from the output of the FDR text
file)
