correl tractography blue and red tracks difference

Dear Frank, I have two questions regarding correlation tractography. I have attached an example of one analysis with different FDR, we were comparing group housing and single housing mice.
Q1: why red tracks and blue tracks are appearing with different intensity?
q2: what is the minimum sample size for the correlation tractography.

Q1: why red tracks and blue tracks are appearing with different intensity?

It looks like a visualization issue. Most of my test cases are human data, and I will keep an eye on this and fix issue with animal scans.

In your case, you may load the tracks again in Step T3 to generate a more consistent visualization.
 
q2: what is the minimum sample size for the correlation tractography.

The analysis depends on a linear regression, and usually it needs at least 10 or more samples.
