Hi Frank,

I am wondering if there is a convenient way to copy/save the names of the tracts and the number of associated tracts identified by [Tracts Misc][Recognize and Cluster] that show up in the bottom right of the GUI when doing tractography? So far I have copied and pasted each tract but this will take a long time for the current results we are working on with many identified tracts.

Thank you,
Josh

Hi Frank,

Yes, that is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for the suggestion.

Best,
