Restrict Fibre Tracking Between Two ROIs

Hi 

How can I restrict the Fibre Tracts if I give two ROIs? I have added my ROIs using the fslmaths command.

(1) Assign two ROI in Step T3a

(2) Click Fiber Tracking at Step T3d
