Changing Rat Atlas from Duke to WHS

Hi, 

I am trying to change the default rat atlas from Duke to the WHS. When I go into DSI studio after downloading the WHS_rat_atlas_v4_pack.zip rat bundle, the entire rat folder is missing after I delete the Duke files. How do I enable the WHS rat  to be new atlas?

Hi Brianna,

It is unlikely to work because WHS lacks isotropic maps. DSI
Studio requires both the anisotropy and isotropy maps to run
normalization.
