Used command:

singularity exec -B /var,/run dsistudio_latest.sif dsi_studio --action=atk --source=file.fib.gz --track_id=Fasciculus,Fornix --length_ratio=0.60 --tolerance=16 --track_voxel_ratio=3.0 --tip=16 --interpolation=0 --export_stat=1 --export_trk=1 --overwrite=0 --default_mask=0 --thread_count=24

Automated tractography works, but used all 32 available threads and not only allocated 24. And, I have got following warning message:

Warning: --thread_count is not used. Please check command line syntax.

Can I allocate defined number of threads for automated tractography from terminal?

Best regards,
Rene

Hi Rene,

Thanks for the suggestion. I fixed DSI Studio to use the
thread_count parameter here. You may update your singularity image and
see if it works for you.
The new version( dated today) should have a log output showing
thread_count=24.

Best,
Frank
