Right frontal tracking issues (ACC-DLPFC-OFC)

Dear Frank,

First of all, thank you for this fantastic software! I am currently using the DSI Studio version from Nov 26, 2025.

I am investigating right-sided network integrity (ACC, DLPFC, and OFC) for a prosody study. While I am using MNI-based ROIs, I am encountering a persistent issue: In some subjects, I get 0 tracts even with Whole Brain Seeding and all regions set as inclusion ROIs. This happens especially between dlPFC and OFC. 

I have experimented with different tracking parameters, and I have visually inspected ROIs.

I have uploaded screenshots, the MNI regions and two example subjects to the Dropbox.

I have this listed on my tasks. Troubleshooting this may take a while, and i will do my best to work on this task soon and get back to this thread.
