Hi Frank!

I’m encountering a labeling issue when running correlational tractography (Version 15th of July). I got significant increases as a result, but the map output files containing those tracks are labeled as decreases. Do you think it's just a labeling issue in the file naming?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best,
Anna

Could you post the entire report? I will check in details to make sure
how to interpret it.

My apologies again for the delayed response; I've been managing a busy workload.

Regarding your question, the study examined the longitudinal changes in dti_fa or od in relation to the group ID.

Most of these findings indicate a negative correlation (represented by 'dec'). This suggests that a higher value of group ID is associated with a decrease in dti_fa or od values in the follow-up scans.

Hope this clarifies,
Frank
