Using single shell diffusion data for QSDR ISO

Hi Dr Yeh, 

I know that for similar diffusion ISO metrics such as NODDI's FISO, ODI and NDI, typically multi-shell data is needed for reliability. For DSI's QSDR model to derive ISO, is multi-shell data also required or is single shell ok?
