tractography

I has just begun to make tractography with barin tumors

I tried to do with DSI but my fiber tract look too bad

Can you help me to make them to smooth, curve and have a nice pictures similarly to your video tutorial

I also send the data to your dropbox

Your DWI data set cannot be used for fiber tracking because there are only 4 sampling directions at each b-value.

Please communicate with your MR physicist about collecting data for tractography.
