DSI studio confusing mouse and rat brain

I am using the command line 

--action=ana --source="$f" --tract="${f}".trk.gz  --template=5 --connectivity=WHS_SD_rat --connectivity_value=count,qa  --connectivity_type=pass  --connectivity_threshold=0.00 --output="$f".mat > "${f}.Connectivity.log.txt"

the tractography has been done in native space but it seems that dsi thinks I am using mouse brain and it gives the error: 

 ERROR: WHS_SD_rat is not one of the following built-in atlases:ABA,DSURQE,DukeRCCF

 how can i correct this error? is it correct if I coppy pase the atlas of rat brain in folder of mouse in dsi studio?

Dear Frank

My problem is solved, I just deleted the mouse folder from DSI studio package and it is working now....
