Hello, during correlational tractography I get certain amount of signifiant tracts.
I wanted to know some details about how they are calclated:
1. What is total amount of tracts set in whole brain or is there any way to know what % significant cluster takes from total amount?
2. Also in connectometry report I get permutation test graphs but no curvature of permuted on it. Yet FRD on next graph is low. Is it correct to assume that permuted is 0? (example in attached file)

1. There will be a text file storing number of tracts for each length.
From there you may get the number.
2. It does not look right. Usually we should be still getting some
results from permuted cases. Are you able to share the .db file and
demographic so that I can figure out what went wrong here?

Best,
Frank

I fixed the issue and tested on my side. Now it should correctly
obtain permuted and nonpermuted tracts.
Could you update DSI Studio and run it again?

Moreover, since the acquisition here has b=1500, you may also try
using dti_fa as the database index to see if the results make more
sense.

Best,
Frank
