DTI_FA images

Hi Frank

I have a question about output images. Since I use another multimodal toolbox, it requires only DTI-FA images as a source. However, I am trying to use DSI studio to make 4 separate files to make the model contain much information as possible, such as one subject DCM to 4 images NII, such as DTI-FA, DTI-qa, DTI-rd, and DTI-md. Is it possible?

The answer can be yes or no, depending on the data and reconstruction used.
