Hey Frank,

I'm making a custom tract to add to the ICBM152_adult.tt.gz file for autotracking. I used a high seed/fiber count to start to make sure I had enough fibers to then clean/finalize the tract bundle. Now I have several bundles with too many fibers (100,000+) that's making the tt.gz file too big. Is there any easy way to reduce the fiber count, or will I have to redo my bundles with lower parameters? The max fiber count in ICBM12_adult.tt.gz is 400.

Best,
Nicole

There is a delete repeated tracts function under the tract menu.
Hope it helps,
Frank

Hi Frank,

Is there any way to access this feature from the command line?

All the best,
Matt

Yes, --delete_repeat=1 will remove repeated tracts at 1 voxel distance.
It can go with --action=trk or --action=ana
