Why is the number of Fibre Tracks change

Hi 

I am confused that by keeping the ROIs and all things same when I am reiterate the Fibre Tracking I am getting different results for each.

I have kept in the trk.gz format only

It is not an issue with the file format but with "randomized parameters".
