Differential tractography between two groups

Dear All

I am new to differential tractography I read through the documents and watched youtube videos on differential tractography from the workshop, I am not able to find in them the type of analysis I want to do using differential tractography can someone kindly help, I have spent nearly two weeks or so searching and could not find what I am looking for

I have a control and patient group, I want to compare groupwise (not individual patient with control database) differential tractography for FA, AD, RD and MD measures. I also want to regress out the groupwise (across all the patients) age, gender, other clinical measures effect like VBM GLM analysis and find the tracts that are affected in the patient group (not in individual patient in the patient group). If it is not a trouble can someone kindly let know me the detailed step by step process of doing this.
