Hi Frank,

I hope you're doing well.

I'm currently working on aligning mouse data using DSI Studio. I found that the software seems to align the template to fit my data, rather than the other way around.

For my analysis, I need to overlay multiple datasets and perform p-value calculations, so I’m wondering if it’s possible to instead move my data to align with a fixed template. Would that be feasible within DSI Studio?

Thank you very much for your help!

Best regards,
Jiekang

The QSDR reconstruction aligns subject data to the templates.
Hope it works for your cases.

Hi Frank:

Thanks for the help. I still met a problem. My sample is DTI sequence. I use the QSDR reconstruction, but the output looks strange.
