Dear Dr. Yeh
I am trying to use a public dataset in DTI Studio: "A group-average template was constructed from a total of 1065 scans. A multishell diffusion scheme was used, and the b-values were 1000, 2000, and 3000 s/mm2. The number of diffusion sampling directions were 90, 90, and 90, respectively. The in-plane resolution was 1.25 mm. The slice thickness was 1.25 mm."
However, I noticed that these public group-level DTI templates seem to have a resolution of 1mm, while the brain atlas I am using has a resolution of 3mm. As a result, when I import the brain atlas I am using into DTI Studio, the software crashes. Can I resample the public group-level DTI template to the same resolution as the brain atlas I am using, so that I can perform fiber tracking in DTI Studio and construct a connectivity matrix? I don’t seem to find this function in DTI Studio. Should I do this?

best,
Songke Fang

3 mm resolution is too low resolution. It won't work out for many
connectivity matrices.
I would suggest using at least 2-mm resolution.
