> 1. When running --action=trk with flag --recognize=cluster_info, it creates the stat.txt, cluster_info.label.txt, and cluster_info.name.txt files without the ${subject} name attached to it, so when running through a group, these files are overwritten. To accommodate that I have implemented code to move the files and rename them with the ${subject} name in the files, but wondered if there is already a way to add the ${subject} name to these files in dsi_studio CLI?
Have you tried --recognize=${subject} ?
BTW, this is not the recommended approach for mapping cingulum, please
use --action=atk

> 2. When running --action=ana on the seeded ROI clustered tractography, I get an error message "❗cannot find label file: /Users/pikeashley/Desktop/COMS_test/Analysis/Cingulum_L/Clustered/sub-1036_tract_CingL_clust.tt.gz.txt". I cannot identify anywhere in the script where this file is being generated, do you have any insights on this?
This is because the files were generated from an approach that is not
recommended.
--recognize is used to identify the possible anatomical name of a
fiber pathway. It is not designed to achieve automatic mapping of a
fiber bundle.
