Hello DSI Studio team,

I would like to ask whether atlas-based tractography (from the FIB Template & Tractography Atlas panel) can be performed via the command-line interface.

In the GUI, it is possible to register an individual subject to the template (e.g., via T1w) and directly transform specific atlas bundles to subject space. However, after checking the Command History, I could not find corresponding CLI command for this operation.

Thank you very much for your time.

Best regards

Yes, first in GUI open the HCP1065 human template and load the
built-in tract which you are interested in and save it in a file such
as some_tract.mni.tt.gz

Then in command line

use --action=ana --source=subject.fz --tract=some_tract.mni.tt.gz
--output=some_tract.subject.tt.gz

Hope this works for you.
