I would like to use the tracts to calculate mean fiber lengths between some regions of interest. 

I am wondering, if I read a .trk-file using the Matlab function ea_trk2ftr, are the coordinates of the points in millimeters? I.e., that I can directly calculate the Euclidean distance between the vertices of a fiber to get its length in mm?
