Dear Frank,

I am currently analyzing rat brain tracts divided into two groups: a disease model group and a treatment group.

I have performed correlational tractography and obtained some results. I would like to view and download these results as a 2D mosaic image (in formats such as PNG or TIFF), but I have been unable to find the correct settings to do so. Could you please guide me on how to display and export the results in this format?

In addition, I would like to use the "Recognize and Cluster" function to identify specific tracts. Could you tell me if this function is compatible with rat brains, and if so, how I should proceed with the settings?

Thank you very much for your time and help.

Best regards,

To display and export your results as a 2D mosaic, please navigate to the "Step T3c" tab. In the upper right corner, under the [Region Window] and [Slice Layout] sections, you can switch the slice view to the mosaic option. From there, you will be able to view and export the images as needed.
Regarding your second question, please note that the "Recognize and Cluster" function is currently only compatible with human studies and does not yet support rat brain data.

Best regards,
Frank
