If I only want to get the shape analysis indicators, and I already have the traced fiber file, can I just load the tck file and get the relevant values ​​from the Tracts statistic? Do I not need to load the fib.gz file?

Sorry for the late reply.

You can assign the tt.gz or trk.gz to --source to replace the location of the fib.gz file.
