Exporting mean diffusivity

Dear Frank,

I can get connectivity matrix of count and FA for AAL regions, but I could not do for MD. In export option also MD is not there in cpu version of DSI studio. How can I get MD connectivity matrix?

The fib files needs to have MD calculated.

In step T2 reconstruction, make sure you have MD listed on the exported metric in the advanced option.

If still does not work, please let me know.
