Draw in DSI

Hi Frank 

I have two  ROIs shown inked and blue. I  want to draw a connecting  cylinder that will go from one row  to  other.  I tried to draw it using fsl but this does not look good, shown in green. Are there better ways to draw a connection win 3D space?
