Hi Dr. Frank,

I hope you are well.

I would like to harmonize my DSI Studio analysis with the workflow I use in MATLAB. In MATLAB, my images are normalized to MNI space with a dimension of 189 × 157 × 27. I am wondering whether the same image dimensions can be used for DTI analysis in DSI Studio.

In addition, I perform regional analyses in MATLAB using an atlas with 126 regions. I would like to use this same atlas in DSI Studio to ensure consistency across analyses. Could you please advise on how to import and apply a custom atlas in DSI Studio for region-based analysis?

You may check out the /atlas folder under the DSI Studio package and
figure out the format and structures.
Then simply place your own atlas in the folder. DSI Studio should be
able to use it.

Do you have any suggestions about the first question?

Also, I’ll live to know how to extract the 1st, 2nd and 3rd eigenvalues in DSI studio.
