DSI Studio Crash during Atlas Normalization

Hi Frank,

I just downloaded the most recent DSI Studio version, and when I try to add an atlas in the fiber tracking step, the program crashes. Do you have any tips on how to fix this issue?

Is it possible to upload the .fz file that caused the crash? I will
fix the bug to make it work.

Yes, I uploaded an example file. It was crashing on multiple different files though.

I tested on my Windows desktop using GPU version. It did not crash.
Could you let me know your operating system? also what is your DSI Studio build date?

I am using Windows 11 and DSI Studio version from June 23, 2026. 

I tried it again now and it has not crashed, but when I try to load an atlas it says "poor registration result".

Could you click the main windows console button at the right upper corner and post the contents?
