DSI_studio pre-processing Eddy.

Dear all,

I would perform motion correction and so on with explore DTI. Main reason is

that I cannot perform TOPUP and following EDDY in FSL (in my data set I don't have B0 images acquired at the opposite phase encoding). Any suggestion in how to implement correctly for DSI studio a preprocessing with explore DTI?

You can output NIFTI files and b-tables.
DSI Studio should be able to use them for further processing.

Hello !

I am a French student of neuroradiology,

I don't understund how is it possible to output NIFTI files and b-tables (I have the same problem than Luca).

We acquire a lot of data but we don't have acquire the opposite phase encoding ...).

Is it possible to correct distorsion without opposite phase enconding ?

I'm afraid it is not possible (to the best of my knowledge).

You can use explore dti for preprocessing which include also eddy.

If you have volumetric T1 image ; you can use synb0 for topup and eddy
