Hi Frank,

I’m working with a dataset of ~200 T1-weighted MRI scans and was hoping to extract region-based volume statistics (using an atlas in MNI space) in DSI Studio.

At the moment, it seems like this needs to be done manually for each scan through the GUI. I was wondering if there’s a way to batch or loop this process,  to automate volume extraction across a large set of T1w images?

If there’s an existing workflow or recommended approach for this, I’d really appreciate any guidance.

Thanks so much for your help!

The GUI also support batch processing using command history: e.g. wk1 videos at practicum.labsolver.org
Another option is to use the command line with --action=ana --source=some_t1w.nii.gz and adding other options
