Exclude cerebellum flag in differential tractogrpahy?

Hi Frank

Is there a flag that can be used in console-based differential tractography to exclude the cerebellum? I have tried including the --exclude_cb=1 (see below) but the cerebellum is still included.

Thoughts?

dsi_studio --action=trk  --source=dwi.src.gz.gqi.1.25.fib.gz  --other_slices=control_avg_avg_dti_fa.mni.nii.gz  --dt_metric1=control_avg_avg_dti_fa  --dt_metric2=dti_fa  --dt_threshold_type=3  --dt_threshold=0.2  --seed_count=2000000  --min_length=30 --max_length=250  --tip_iteration=12 --exclude_cb=1 
-output=output.tt.gz

I would choose cerebellum from a built in atlas and set it as roa. This should give you the intended results
