Inquiry Regarding Motion Correction Freeze in DSI Studio (2023.07.06 "Chen" Version)

Dear Frank,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your advice regarding an issue I have encountered while using DSI Studio for DTI data preprocessing.
I am currently using DSI Studio version 2023.07.06 "Chen". During the preprocessing stage, the software consistently freezes and becomes unresponsive at the motion correction step. However, the same dataset proceeds smoothly through the eddy correction step without any problems.
I have attempted to resolve the issue by restarting the software and reloading the data, but the motion correction step continues to stall. As this is hindering my data processing workflow, I would greatly appreciate any guidance you could provide. Are there any known solutions or recommended troubleshooting steps for this issue?
Please let me know if you need further details from my end, such as operation logs, sample data, or system information. Thank you very much for developing and maintaining this excellent tool, and for taking the time to read my email.
