Loading Bruker Nifti or dicom file

I have a recent version of Bruker PV 360 v6 software. I tried to load the files (both nifty and dicom) generated by it, after collecting dii data. It says not a 4d -nifti file. I used to load the niftyifiles in the older version of this tool (v2021),. My current nifti files are not a single file, but the folder has 65 files (5 zero b values followed by 60 non zero b values). My PV does not generate single 4D Dti file.

Similarly, It also generates a single version of dcm file.Loading them did not load b value information.

It works only with 2dseq files.

The reason, I wanted to use nifti file, I need to do top up correction (distortion correction), . My Bruker makes a separate PA (posterior to anterior) file and save it in the first b0 file. so I can load them in this tool. 

Any suggestions.
