I encountered some problems and really hope you can help me. First, I couldn't find "all" in the advanced options in T2b; second, how would you go about calculating the Dxx, Dyy, and Dzz values used in the DTI ALPS equation using the txx, tyy, and tzz values outputted for an ROI?

Please update DSI Studio and check the tensor to get the tensor components.
