T2R connectome intersect ratio visualization

Hello Frank,

When I run a Tract-to-Region connectome and try to visualize the connectivity via the Region Rendering -> Region Color -> Style=Metrics and Metrics=current tract, the values which are used in the color map range are quite high (~140-160).  I suspect the metrics being pulled from the connectome are not the intersect ratios for the tracts.  

Is there a way in the GUI to tell the Region Color Metrics to use the intersect ratios for the tracts show visualize the tract to region connectivity?
