Hi. I'm a neurosurgeon and a new-comer of DSI studio.

I ran reconstruction for two patients today, and the results showed a "sawtooth" appearance. In one patient, only the axial appearance is normal, the other two - the saggital and coronal views both rendered to be "sawtooth" appearance. In another patient, the only normal appearance is the saggital view.

I'm very frustrated as it doesn't occur in my friend's Windows PC (mine is MacBook Pro mid-2015 with the latest version of MacOS Mojave).

Is it due to settings or Mac incompatibilities?

Please help!

Hi Ricardo,

I checked your screenshot. The T1W image has to be converted to a NIFTI file (dcm2nii, or  [Batch Processing][Step B2] ) or sorted using DSI Studio's file sorting function [Batch Processing][Step B1 rename DICOM files].

If you still cannot resolve it, please feel free to upload the T1W and the FIB file.

Best,
Frank

Hi Frank,

Thank you so much. I think that part of the problem has been resolved.

However, a new problem arises as "b-table cannot be found from the header".

This occurs after I use step B1 and step T1. Now even T2 cannot be performed. I'm sorry but this problem is new to me as I cannot find an external b-table or even to generate one.

    Please help!

    Looking forward to your reply.

Best,
Ricardo
