Hi Ricardo,I checked your screenshot. The T1W image has to be converted to a NIFTI file (dcm2nii, or [Batch Processing][Step B2] ) or sorted using DSI Studio's file sorting function [Batch Processing][Step B1 rename DICOM files].If you still cannot resolve it, please feel free to upload the T1W and the FIB file.Best,Frank

Hi. I'm a neurosurgeon and a new-comer of DSI studio.I ran reconstruction for two patients today, and the results showed a "sawtooth" appearance. In one patient, only the axial appearance is normal, the other two - the saggital and coronal views both rendered to be "sawtooth" appearance. In another patient, the only normal appearance is the saggital view.I'm very frustrated as it doesn't occur in my friend's Windows PC (mine is MacBook Pro mid-2015 with the latest version of MacOS Mojave).Is it due to settings or Mac incompatibilities?Please help!
