How to Create a QA and ISO Template for My Neonate Data?

Dear Frank,

I hope that you are well. 

I have a neonate datasets and I wanna insert my own parcellation and corresponding template in to the DSI-Studio template and atlas folder. As, I know I need a QA template and ISO template. I wonder to know what is the ISO template? Is it the usual anatomical template used for registration?

And, how can I create a QA template for my DWI neonate data?

If you run GQI reconstruction, then you will get qa map and iso
(isotorpic diffusion) map.
Normalizing them to the template space and average them will create
the QA and ISO template.

How I can add neonate templates to the QSDR reconstruction menu in the newest version of the software? Before, there was a template folder to add other templates. How about now?
