Voxel data extraction using cli command

Hi Frank, 

I hope this email finds you well. 

Could you please help me with the CLI command of the voxel qa data extraction using my own ROI in MNI space? I have been using the command line as below, but I am unable to generate an output .txt file. For your reference, I have uploaded the voxel QA .txt file generated using the GUI in DSI Studio. 

CLI : dsi_studio --action=ana --source=*.fz --other_regions=E:\DSI\DSI_Pilot\data\track\template\ICST_L_finalversion.nii --export=dirs.

You may check out command history function at week 1 video at practicum.labsolver.org

This allows you to process all fz files using GUI to export QA values.
