Automatic fiber tracking with user-generated tract atlas?

Hi Frank,

Just a quick question: 

Automatic fiber tracking compares streamlines to a built-in tract atlas using Hausdorff distance as described in the manual

Is it possible to supply a user-defined tract atlas? For example, can we import labeled collections of streamlines in MNI space and use the autotracking feature to search for matches with these tracts?
