Hi Frank and community,
I’m running DSI Studio on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.6 HPC cluster using the CentOS 8 Hou (August 7, 2025) build.
When running TOPUP/EDDY in dsistudio on my multi-shell diffusion data, processing stops with: "EDDY::ECScanManager::GetShellIndices: Data not shelled"
However, running FSL EDDY manually with the --data_is_shelled option allows it to proceed. Is there a way for the current DSI Studio Topup/Eddy workflow to pass this option automatically? Also, will a newer CentOS/RHEL-compatible release of DSI Studio become available?
Thank you so much!!
Danny
