Dear Frank
I have got that using different diffusion sampling length ratios significantly change my results. But the problem is that although I have checked the document ,I still don't exactly know how to find which ratio has resolved crossing patterns better .  I will send you 2 of my fib files created with 2 length ratio 0.5 and 1.25.If possible I would be grateful if you could check and let me know which has done a better estimation and how I can get it myself.
Best regards,
Maedeh

1.25 is better. You may check the coronal slice around (55,55,60) to
see the difference just like the figures at
http://dsi-studio.labsolver.org/Manual/Reconstruction#TOC-Generalized-Q-sampling-Imaging-GQI-

Best,
Frank

Yes, I got the point...
Thank you very much dear Frank.

Dear Frank
Beside the visual result, Is there a measurement in DSI Studio that can quantify the estimation of crossing fibers? (as an evidence to report in the paper)

Sorry currently there is no such an index, but I can come up with one
(e.g. similarity with the template) in the near future.
