Got it thanks.  I included "Volume" so it was not working.  

--cmd="[Step T2][Edit][Crop Background Volume]"

Sorry about that.
One way to check the exact command is to open the FIB file at GUI Step
T3 and check out information at [Records][FIB protocol]
