Multishell processing

Dear Frank,

Thanks alot for your guidance I could do batch processing for single shell acquisition. Now, I have a dataset of multi shell acquisitions(b=0,1000,2000). I tried creating separate src files and combining but it couldn't combine. I thought of trying fib files which also fails. I want to know how to process this type of multishell type data since I'm naive please let me know how to do it.
