ATK parameters

Hello Dr. Yeh,

We are currently running CLI automatic fiber tracking (ATK) and noticed that the min and max fiber length parameters were different for each subject. We were wondering what the the rationale was behind the changing parameters and/or if there is a way to specify specific parameters from the command line.
