Dear Frank,

as your tract nifti files have 157, 189, and 136 as dimensions (2021) or 314, 178, and 272 (2018, update 2020), they do not match the ICBM 2009a Nonlinear Asymmetric nifti file (dimensions 197, 233, and 189), I can download following the given link on this website: https://sites.google.com/a/labsolver.org/brain/diffusion-mri-templates/tractography
Unfortunately, I was not able to get DSI Studio to work on my computer until now to open the .fib-template. I would like to kindly ask you, whether you could provide a nifti file of the ICBM 2009a Nonlinear Asymmetric space with dimensions matching your tract nifti files?

Many thanks in advance!

Best regards,
Christina

Hi Christina,

The most recent version of the atlas is located at
https://brain.labsolver.org/hcp_trk_atlas.html
You may also need the updated DSI Studio to run the following.

To convert the dimension, open the track NIFTI file in DSI Studio
using [Tools][O1 View Images] (You can open multiple files in order to
convert them all at once)

After opening the file:

First, resize the dimension using [Volume][Resize] -> input->197 233 189

Then, align the srow matrix by [Header][Set
Transformation]->input->1 0 0 -98 0 1 0 -134 0 0 1 -72 0 0 0 1

Last, save the file to a new file. DSI Studio will also prompt
whether to apply to others.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Best,
Frank

Sorry, there is a mistake.(my apology).
The second step should be [Volume][Transform]->input->1 0 0 -98 0 1 0
-134 0 0 1 -72 0 0 0 1

Dear Frank,

thank you very much for your quick answer. I will try your suggestions as soon as I get DSI Studio to work on my computer.

Best,
