Hello there!
I am currently working on a project, trying to compare the qa of 3 experimental groups longitudinally over 3 assesment points. Ideally I would compare all 3 of my experimental groups with each other over all 3 timepoints like in a 3x3 mixed-design ANOVA. So far I have only been able to compare two timepoints at a time and only two groups at a time since DSI studio is correlating the qa with the group number of the experimantal condition (in my case 1 and 2 for group 1 and 2 ). Is there a possibility to compare more than 2 groups and/or more than 2 timepoints in the same analyses?

Thank you!
Ellen

While the approach you're considering is certainly valuable, DSI Studio does not currently offer a direct function for this specific analysis.
However, a potential workaround involves utilizing differential tractography to identify the differences of each scan compared to an averaged control.
This method would provide a scalar value for each scan time point, such as a volume of changes, which can then be effectively analyzed using ANOVA.
