[tracks to region] in the GUI

I wonder if the function of [tracks to region] in the GUI can be realized by CLI? I want to export my tracks to nifti fomat.CLI makes things easier.

Hi, I updated DSI Studio to support the function you mentioned. The
new build will be ready in one hour (Linux, Windows) or two (Mac).

After updating DSI Studio to today's version, run the following:

dsi_studio --action=ana --source=subjects.fz --tract=my_tract.tt.gz
--output=some_name.nii.gz

If it does not work, please feel free to post the log output and I
will commit a fix right away.
