EDDY CURRENT CORRECTION ERROR

Hi Dr. Frank, 

Some of my DTI files return the attached error during eddy current correction. I haven’t been able to figure out the cause or how to correct or prevent it.

Do you have any idea why this error occurs, and what I can do to resolve it?

It is likely the b-table has a problem. Could you upload the .sz file to me to check?

The last DWI is b0, but the b-value is wrongly assigned 800.
Fixing this should work out.

Yes, it does. I adjusted it like you said, and the error is resolved now.
