DTI reconstruction command line

Hi Frank,

I try to perform reconstruction using DTI as reconstruction method, but it give me an "error" in log file.

The error is :

 

DSI Studio Aug 26 2014, Fang-Cheng Yeh

adjacent parameter is empty in 'method'

and the command line is :

call dsi_studio.exe --action=rec --source=temp.src.gz --method=1>log.txt

Figure out the problem, I have to put the --method=1 before the --source. It didn't mention on the documentation

Hi Frank,

I try to flip the source image for reconstruction command line, but it say 'unknown option flip' in the log file. 

The command line is :

call dsi_studio.exe --action=rec --flip=3 --method=1 --source=temp.src.gz >logfib.txt

Is flip only work for QSDR? or does DTI cannot have other parameter? 

The reason is that my nifti image is apear fliped in DSI Studio

This function is available since the Sep 3rd version. You may
need to update DSI Studio to use it.

Yes, updating the DSI studio works. Thanks Frank. Just out of curiosity, what is the order of image / background registration on GUI version of DSI Studio, compared with the command line?

The GUI 7-9-7 norm is "--reg_method=0"
The GUI 14-18-14 norm is "--reg_method=1"
The GUI 21-27-21 norm is "--reg_method=2"

The command line can also do --reg_method=3, but it requires a large
memory space to run.
